The first thing you do, every day is…?

I ran across this fantastic article earlier today (hats off to Carrie Cheadle, one of the best Sports Psychologists in the Bay Area, if not the world) and I want to spread the wealth to you. She blogs about commitment,  specifically, making a commitment to yourself. Picture yourself in a world where the first thing you do, every day, is take care of yourself FIRST and the rest of the world SECOND. Putting yourself first. What a concept! You get to finish the workout you want, eat the breakfast you want, wear the clothes you want, and THEN face the world. What obstacles do you need to overcome before you could achieve this?

Take a moment to read what Carrie has to say, and I challenge you, nay, I DARE you to LIVE it. Live the life you imagine.

    I took that advice six months ago despite others trying to make me feel guilty about it. Much happier today!
